Honors in the Major Thesis Binding FormsRemember that you must turn your approval pages in to BHC 102 for Dean Wang to sign after your committee members and department chair/coordinator (who must sign in black ink). After picking your approval pages up from BHC 102 the following day, place one page in the front of each copy of your thesis. The three mandatory (or five for area campuses) must have original signatures on thesis paper. Every copy must be in its own unsealed envelope or box, labeled with your name, e-mail address, phone number, semester of completion, and copy number (i.e. Library copy #1, Library copy #2, Honors copy, Personal copy #1, etc). Next, all three of these forms must go in the front of Library copy #1 with your binding receipt. Do not seal the envelopes before you deliver them to the University Writing Center for final review by Mary Ellen Gomrad and submission for binding.
If you have any questions about thesis binding procedures, do not hesitate to contact the Office of Research and Civic Engagement at HonorsResearch@mail.ucf.edu or 407-823-6402. Above all, remember that all signatures MUST be in black ink and all thesis copies must remain in pristine condition in order to be bound.
