Like your academic college, the Honors in the Major program requires an Intent to Graduate form so we may process your information for both our graduation procedures and the university's graduation publications and degree certification. Type directly into this form, print it out, seek the necessary signatures, and turn it in to BHC 102 by the date listed in the HIM handbook for the SEMESTER YOU PLAN TO GRADUATE. If you are defending and finishing your thesis prior to your semester of graduation, you should not complete this form until your graduating semester

Spring 2008 Graduates – January 9, 2008
Summer 2008 Graduates – May 14, 2008

For easy reference, below is a listing of HIM coordinators. All students in these majors/campuses are highly encouraged to see their coordinator for the necessary signature after getting the signature of their thesis chair. Students at regional campuses are required to get the signature of their campus coordinator rather than department chair. All majors without coordinators should make an appointment with their department chair.
